Rajadhiraja Yoga

Set to uplifting music, this Rajadhiraja fusion class includes proper inhalation and exhalation techniques, along side a series of simple postures. The specific asanas exercise the nerves, tissues, glands and inner organs of the body.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a well-known style of yoga, which strengthens the body and quiets the mind through a series of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques).

Sivananda Yoga

A classic form of yoga combining physical and mental practices – Sivananda provides relaxation, improves concentration and memory and increases your flexibility and strength.
